2. Business Profile Creation and Management

You may also upload a business logo and add social media links.
Accuracy of Information: You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and truthfulness of all information provided in your business profile. Misrepresentation of business details may lead to suspension or termination of your profile.
Domain Verification: To enhance credibility and ensure legitimate ownership, you may be required to verify your business domain ownership by adding a specific TXT record to your DNS settings. Failure to verify may result in your profile being marked as "Unclaimed" or "Unverified".
Categories: You are responsible for accurately selecting the primary category and any relevant sub-categories or sub-sub-categories for your business. Your plan may limit the number of categories you can select.
Content (Descriptions, Tags):
- Short descriptions should be between 30 to 60 characters.
- Full descriptions can be up to 1500 characters.
- You may add up to 15 relevant tags to improve search visibility.

3. Managing Reviews and Interactions

Review Visibility: Businesses are displayed with total_reviews and avg_ratings based on published user reviews.
Replying to Reviews: As a Business Owner, you have the ability to reply to reviews submitted by users. Your replies will be publicly displayed on your business profile. Replies must adhere to professional conduct and our content standards.
Review Reporting: You acknowledge that users may report reviews on your business profile if they believe such reviews violate our guidelines. We will investigate all reports and take appropriate action.
No Manipulation: You agree not to engage in any form of review manipulation, including but not limited to, submitting fake reviews, offering incentives for positive reviews, or harassing users who leave negative reviews. Such actions will lead to immediate suspension or termination of your account and business profile.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

Subscription Necessity: Access to certain advanced features (e.g., unlimited businesses, category management, employee management, featured status) may require a paid subscription plan. Free plans may have limited features and expiry terms.
Plan Details: Information regarding different subscription plans, including interval (weekly, monthly, yearly, lifetime), price, and feature limits (e.g., number of businesses, employees, categories, custom_features) are detailed on our pricing page.
Payment: Payments for subscriptions are processed via various payment gateways. You agree to provide accurate payment information and comply with the terms of the chosen payment gateway. Manual payments may require submission of payment proof.
Transactions: All subscription payments are recorded as transactions, detailing amount, fees, tax, total, and status. Transactions may be Unpaid, Pending, Paid, or Cancelled.

Platform Rights: Women724 Rates reserves the right to suspend or terminate your business profile or Business Owner account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to, for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-compliance with KYC requirements.
Consequences of Suspension/Termination: In the event of suspension or termination, your business profile may become inaccessible or be removed from public view, and all associated reviews and settings may be lost.
Business Deletion: You have the option to delete your business profile. Upon deletion, all associated reviews and settings will be permanently lost.

8. Disclaimers Women724 Rates provides the Platform "as is" and does not warrant that your use of the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for the content of user-submitted reviews, nor do we endorse any specific business.

9. Changes to These Business Terms We reserve the right to modify these Business Terms at any time. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services as a Business Owner after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
